Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by Crane Tech Service & Repair Ltd. Before shipping your order back, please contact us here and let us know which item(s) you are wanting to return. We will issue you a return authorization number to be included with your package.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please contact us here with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine the item(s) and notify you via e-mail, once we are in receipt of the item(s), whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
Return/exchange shipping costs are non-refundable and is the responsibility of the customer. All return/exchange packages must be insured.
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us and return within 30 days of receiving a valid return authorization number. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging (if applicable).
Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, these include:

- Used Items/Equipment
All clearance and used items are final sales and sold as is.
