Shipping

Delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time:
It usually takes 2 to 4 business days to prepare your order after confirmation.  If the processing time takes longer than expected an email will be sent to the your registered email.

Shipping Time & Methods:

We offer delivery to your door.  Estimated shipping times are about 10 to 15 days. Please note depending on season this estimate can fluctuate.

Shipping is done through Canada Post.  Please be advised there may be instances where Canada Post services is not readily available. We will determine the most economical courier should this happen and we will contact you through your registered email with changes and updates to courier services. Please note if changes in courier method occurs, deliveries to P.O. boxes are unavailable.

All buyers are responsible for any duty/tax that is due upon receipt of the package. Crane Tech Service & Repair Ltd. cannot be responsible for international orders that are held up in customs.

Crane Tech Service & Repair Ltd. cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather and/or by the shipping company.

Packaging
The utmost care will be used to package the item(s) with proper padding and supports when needed. However if the item is damaged in transit it will be at our discretion to send a replacement item.

Local Area Pick Up
If you are in the Edmonton, Alberta and surrounding areas,  and would like to make arrangements for instore pick up, please choose Store Pickup during the checkout process.  Once your order is confirmed and processed, we will be in touch with information once it’s ready for pick up.
